Terms of Service
These terms set out the basis on which Wine Map Prints makes its website and prints available to you. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to what follows. Please read it before you buy.
Placing an order
When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and begin production. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because of a fault in the listing or a problem at production, we will let you know and arrange a full refund of anything already paid.
Made to order
Our prints are produced individually for each order rather than held as ready stock. Because a piece is created specifically for you, production begins soon after the order is confirmed. Small variations in colour and finish that are inherent to printing do not amount to a fault.
Pricing and availability
Prices, sizes, finishes and the regions offered may change over time, and any given item may be withdrawn. Where a clear pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect figure and will contact you before proceeding. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment the order is confirmed.
Ownership of the designs
All maps, artwork, layouts, text and other material on this site are the intellectual property of Wine Map Prints and are protected by law. Buying a print gives you the physical piece for personal enjoyment. It does not transfer any rights in the underlying design, and the artwork may not be copied, resold, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, copy its contents at scale, or misuse it in any way that harms Wine Map Prints or other visitors.
Liability
The site and its contents are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, Wine Map Prints is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
