Shipping
This page explains how your order is made and how it reaches you. Because every print is produced individually, an order moves through two stages: production and then delivery.
Production
Each print is made to order by our European print partner once your order is confirmed. Producing a piece properly takes a little time, since it is printed, checked and packed for transit rather than pulled from a shelf. Production happens before your order enters the delivery network.
Delivery timing
Once a print has been produced, delivery within the European Union typically takes three to seven business days. The exact time depends on the destination country and the carrier handling the parcel. Timings are given in business days and do not count weekends or public holidays.
Where we ship
We ship across the European Union. Orders travel from within Europe, so no additional customs charges apply for deliveries inside the EU.
Packaging
Prints are packed to protect the edges and surface in transit, so they arrive ready to frame or hang. If a parcel looks damaged on arrival, keep the packaging and photograph it, as this helps us resolve the matter quickly.
Tracking and delays
Where the carrier provides tracking, the details are sent to the email address on your order once the parcel is on its way. Occasionally a delivery is delayed by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected window, write to us and we will look into it.
